Ingredients
• 2 ounces lime juice
• 1 teaspoon monk fruit
• 8-10 mint leaves
• 6 ounces lime diet soda
• lime or lemon slice, mint sprig
Instructions
1 In a glass, muddle the mint leaves with the sugar substitute and lime juice.
2 Add the vodka and diet soda and stir.
3 Add ice.
4 Garnish with a lime or lemon slice and mint sprig if desired.
5 Enjoy!
